§ 7B‑2811.  (Forcontingent repeal – see note) Acceptance of federal and other aid.

Any state party to thisCompact may accept any and all donations, gifts, and grants of money,equipment, and services from the federal or any local government, or any agencythereof and from any person, firm, or corporation, for any of the purposes andfunctions of this Compact, and may receive and utilize, the same subject to theterms, conditions, and regulations governing such donations, gifts, and grants.(1963, c. 910, s.1; 1965, c. 925, s. 1; 1979, c. 815, s. 1; 1998‑202, s. 6.)
