§ 7B‑2813.  (Forcontingent repeal – see note) Execution of Compact.

This Compact shall becomeoperative immediately upon its execution by any state as between it and anyother state or states so executing. When executed it shall have the full forceand effect of law within the state, the form of execution to be in accordancewith the laws of the executing state.
