§ 7B‑2818.  (Forcontingent repeal – see note) Discharging financial obligations imposed byCompact or agreement.

The Compact Administrator,subject to the approval of the Director of the Budget, may make or arrange forany payments necessary to discharge any financial obligations imposed upon thisState by the Compact or by any supplementary agreement entered into thereunder.(1963, c. 910,s. 4; 1979, c. 815, s. 1; 1998‑202, s. 6.)
