§ 7B‑2819.  (Forcontingent repeal – see note) Enforcement of Compact.

The courts, departments,agencies, and officers of this State and subdivisions shall enforce thisCompact and shall do all things appropriate to the effectuation of its purposesand intent which may be within their respective jurisdictions. (1963, c. 910, s. 5; 1979, c.815, s. 1; 1998‑202, s. 6.)
