§8‑12.  Copies of grants in Onslow.

The copies of grants made bythe register of deeds of Onslow County under laws of 1907, chapter 434, ofgrants, abstracts of grants, and other documents pertaining to titles of landin Onslow County issued prior to the year 1800, and contained in a book calledBook of Transcribed Grants Issued Prior to One Thousand Eight Hundred, dulyauthenticated as prescribed in said Chapter 434 of the laws of 1907, shall bereceived as evidence in all courts of the State, and certified copies therefromshall be received as evidence.
