§80‑18. Effect of branding timber purchased.
When timber is purchased bythe proprietor of any such trademark, and the said trademark is placed thereonas hereinbefore provided, such timber shall thenceforth be deemed the propertyof such purchaser, without any other or further delivery thereof, and suchtimber shall thereafter be at the risk of the purchaser, unless otherwiseprovided by contract in writing between the parties.
