§81A‑7.  Local inspection of weights and measures.

When any city or countyappoints a local inspector of weights and measures, the appointment andregulation of his work must be pursuant to the rules and regulations of theDepartment of Agriculture and Consumer Services and his work shall be subjectto the supervision of the Commissioner or his authorized agent.
