§81A‑75.  Scale removal.

When a scale or weighingdevice is removed from the premises where located by a scale technician, thescale technician or his servant or agent shall issue a receipt for said scaleor weighing  device, on which shall be written in ink or other indeliblesubstance  the name and address of the owner, the name and address of receivingagent, date of receipt, anticipated date of return, name or make of scale, andsuch other information pertinent to its identification. The form of receiptshall be approved by the Commissioner or his authorized agent. (1947,c. 380; 1975, c. 544.)
