§81A‑76.  Control of condemned or rejected scale.

It shall be unlawful for anyowner of a scale or weighing device which has been condemned or rejected by theCommissioner or his authorized agent to either use or dispose of same in anymanner other than at the direction of the Commissioner or his authorized agent;provided, however, said rejected scale or weighing device may be removed fromthe premises temporarily for repairs or service only.
