§ 81A‑80.  Suspension orrevocation of registration; penalty.

(a)        The Commissionermay suspend or revoke the registration of any scale technician who violates anyprovisions of this Article or regulations adopted thereunder or who shall failto issue a service certificate or who shall issue a service certificate bearingfalse statements regarding service rendered.
