§84‑30. Rights of accused person.
Any person who shall standcharged with an offense cognizable by the council or any committee thereof orthe disciplinary hearing commission or any committee thereof shall have theright to invoke and have exercised in his favor the powers of the council orany committee, in respect of compulsory process for witnesses and for theproduction of books, papers, and other writings and documents, and shall alsohave the right to be represented by counsel.
