§87‑109.  Recording requirements for associations.

An association shall recordwith the Register of Deeds of each county in which participating utility ownersown or operate underground utilities, a notarized document providing thetelephone number and address of the association, a description of thegeographical area served by the association, and a list of the names andaddresses of the utility owners receiving these services from the association.
