§ 87‑15.9.  Subrogationfor reimbursement made.

The Board is subrogated to anapplicant who is reimbursed from the Fund in the amount reimbursed and maybring an action against the general contractor whose conduct caused thereimbursable loss, the general contractor's assets, or the general contractor'sestate.  The Board may enforce any claims it may have for restitution orotherwise, and may employ and compensate consultants, agents, legal counsel,and others it finds necessary and appropriate to carry out its authority underthis section.
