§ 87-6. Meetings; notice; quorum.

§87‑6.  Meetings; notice; quorum.

The Board shall meet twiceeach year, once in April and once in October, for the purpose of transactingsuch business as may properly come before it. At the April meeting in each yearthe Board shall elect officers. Special meetings may be held at such times asthe Board may provide in the bylaws it shall adopt. Due notice of each meetingand the time and place thereof shall be given to each member in such manner asthe bylaws may provide. Five members of the Board shall constitute a quorum.
