§87‑86.  Scope.

No person shall construct,operate, repair, or abandon, or cause to be constructed, operated, repaired, orabandoned, any well, nor shall any person install, repair, or cause to beinstalled or repaired, any pump or pumping equipment contrary to the provisionsof this Article and applicable rules and regulations, provided that thisArticle shall not apply to any distribution of water beyond the point ofdischarge from  the pump.
