§ 88A‑15.1.  Persons andpractices not affected.

The requirements of thisChapter shall not apply to any person licensed or approved by the NorthCarolina Medical Board to practice medicine or perform medical acts, tasks, orfunctions pursuant to Article 1 of Chapter 90 of the General Statutes or anyperson employed and working under the direct supervision of a physicianlicensed to practice medicine pursuant to Article 1 of Chapter 90 of theGeneral Statutes.
