§ 88A-16. Permanent establishment required.

§88A‑16.  Permanent establishment required.

(a)        Electrolysis shallbe practiced by a licensed person only in a permanent establishment, hereafterreferred to as an office.  The Board may adopt reasonable rules and regulationsconcerning the sanitation standards, equipment, and supplies to be used andobserved in offices.  Offices shall be subject to periodic inspection at anytime during business hours by members of the Board or its agents or assistants.

(b)        Every electrologistshall notify the Board in writing 30 business days prior to, but no later than10 business days after, any change of address or opening of a new office.

(c)        Every electrologistshall display his license in a conspicuous place in the office.

(d)        Every electrologistmay make calls outside the office.  The Board shall adopt rules and regulationsconcerning the equipment and instruments to be used by an electrologist whentreating patients outside the office. (1989 (Reg. Sess., 1990), c.1033.)
