§ 88A‑18.  Renewal ofinstructor's license.

An electrology or laser hairpractitioner instructor's license shall be renewed annually. On or before thedate the current license expires, the applicant must submit an application forrenewal of licensure on a form approved by the Board, meet criteria for renewalestablished by the Board, and pay the required fee. Any person whoseinstructor's license has expired for a period of three years or more shall berequired to take and pass the instructor's examination before the license canbe renewed. (1989(Reg.
