§88B‑8.  Qualifications for licensing apprentices.

The Board shall issue alicense to practice as an apprentice to any individual who meets all of thefollowing requirements:

(1)        Successfulcompletion of at least 1,200 hours of a cosmetology curriculum in an approvedcosmetic art school.

(2)        Passage of anexamination conducted by the Board.
