§89A‑6.  Fees.

Fees are to be determined bythe Board, but shall not exceed the amounts specified herein, however; feesmust reflect actual expenses of the Board.

In all instances where the Boarduses the services of a testing service for preparation, administration, orgrading of examinations, the Board may charge the applicant the actual cost ofthe examination services, in addition to its other fees.
