§89B‑14.  Roster of registered foresters; consulting forester affidavit.

(a)        A roster showingthe names, registration numbers, and places of business residence of allregistrants under this Chapter shall be prepared annually by the secretary ofthe Board. Copies of this roster shall be placed on file with the Secretary ofState of North Carolina and each clerk of superior court in North Carolina. Acopy shall be sent to each registrant, and copies may be furnished to thepublic upon request and upon payment of a fee set by the Board.

(b)        Each consultingforester shall annually file with the Board an affidavit of its compliance withthis Chapter. (1975, c. 531, s. 14; 1998‑157, s. 1.)
