§89C‑27.  Invalid sections; severability.

If any of the provisions ofthis Chapter, or if any rule, regulation or order thereunder, or if theapplication of such provision to any person or circumstance shall be heldinvalid, the remainder of this Chapter and the application of such provision ofthis Chapter or rule, regulation or order to persons or circumstances, otherthan those as to which it is held valid, shall not be affected thereby.
