§89C‑5.  Board members; qualifications.

Each engineer member of theBoard shall be a resident of North Carolina and shall be a licensedprofessional engineer engaged in the lawful practice of engineering in NorthCarolina for at least six years.

Each land surveyor member ofthe Board shall be a resident of North Carolina and shall be a licensedprofessional land surveyor engaged in the lawful practice of land surveying inNorth Carolina for at least six years.
