§89C‑8.  Organization of the Board; meetings; election of officers.

The Board shall hold at leasttwo regular meetings each year. Special meetings may be held at such times andupon such notice as the rules and regulations of the Board may provide. The Boardshall elect annually from its members a chair, a vice‑chair, and asecretary. A quorum of the Board shall consist of not less than five members.The Board shall operate under its rules and regulations supplemented byRobert's Rules of Order.
