§ 89E-11. Comity.
§89E‑11. Comity.
A person holding a license toengage in the practice of geology, on the basis of comparable licensingrequirements issued to him by a proper authority by the State, territory, orpossession of the United States or the District of Columbia, and who, in theopinion of the Board otherwise meets the requirements of this Chapter basedupon verified evidence may, upon application, be licensed without furtherexamination.
