§89E‑20.  Hearing procedures.

(a)        The Board shalldevelop procedures for investigation, prehearing and hearing of disciplinaryactions; such disciplinary actions shall be conducted pursuant to theprovisions of Chapter 150B of the General Statutes.

(b)        Any personaggrieved by a decision of the Board other than a decision in a disciplinaryaction may petition the Board for a hearing pursuant to the provisions ofChapter 150B of the General Statutes.

(c)        Judicial review ofa final agency decision is available in the manner prescribed by Article 4,Chapter 150B of the General Statutes. (1983 (Reg. Sess., 1984), c.1074, s. 1; 1987, c. 827, ss. 1, 76.)
