§89F‑17.  Code of Professional Conduct.

The Board shall prepare andadopt by rule a Code of Professional Conduct that shall be made known inwriting to every licensee and applicant for licensing under this Chapter andthat shall be published by the Board. Publication of the Code of ProfessionalConduct is due notice to all licensees of its contents. The Board may reviseand amend this Code of Professional Conduct. Prior to adoption of any revisionor amendments, all licensed members and the public shall receive due notice andan opportunity to be heard. (1995, c. 414, s. 1.)
