§ 89G‑2.  Licenserequired.

Except as otherwise providedin this Chapter, no person shall engage in the practice of irrigationconstruction or contracting, use the designation "irrigationcontractor," or advertise using any title or description that implieslicensure as an irrigation contractor unless the person is licensed as anirrigation contractor as provided by this Chapter. All irrigation constructionor contracting performed by an individual, partnership, association,corporation, firm, or other group shall be under the direct supervision of anindividual licensed by the Board under this Chapter.  (2008‑177, s. 1.)
