§ 90‑113.2. Judicial review.
All final determinations, findings, and conclusions of the Commissionunder this Article shall be final and conclusive decisions of the mattersinvolved, except that any person aggrieved by such decision may obtain reviewof the decision as provided in Chapter 150B of the General Statutes. Findingsof fact by the Commission, if supported by substantial evidence, shall beconclusive.
