§ 90‑113.61.  Regulationof pseudoephedrine products in the form of liquids, liquid capsules, gelcapsules, and pediatric products.

Except as to those specificproducts for which the Commission issues an order pursuant to G.S. 90‑113.58subjecting the product to requirements under this Article, any pseudoephedrineproducts that are in the form of liquids, liquid capsules, gel capsules, orpediatric products labeled pursuant to federal regulation primarily intendedfor administration to children under 12 years of age according to labelinstruction shall not be subject to requirements under this Article, but suchproducts shall be subject to the requirements of the Combat Methamphetamine Actof 2005, Title VII of the USA PATRIOT Improvement and Reauthorization Act of2005, P.L. 109‑177.
