§ 90‑117. Officers; common seal.

The North Carolina State Board of Examiners in Optometry shall, at eachannual meeting thereof, elect one of its members president and one secretary‑treasurer.The common seal which has already been adopted by said Board, pursuant to law,shall be continued as the seal of said Board.
