§ 90‑117.1. Quorum; adjourned meetings.
A majority of the members of said Board shall constitute a quorum forthe transaction of business. If a majority of members are not present at thetime and the place appointed for a Board meeting, those members of the Board inattendance may adjourn from day to day until a quorum is present, and theaction of the Board taken at any adjourned meeting thus had shall have the sameforce and effect as if had upon the day and at the hour of the meeting calledand adjourned from day to day.
