§ 90‑127. Application of Article.

Nothing in this Article shall be construed to apply to physicians andsurgeons authorized to practice under the laws of North Carolina, except theprovisions contained in G.S. 90‑125, or prohibit  persons to sellspectacles, eyeglasses, or lenses as merchandise from  permanently located andestablished places of business.
