§ 90‑171.29. Qualifications of applicants for examination.

In order to be eligible for licensure by examination, the applicantshall make a written application to the Board on forms furnished by the Boardand shall submit to the Board an application fee and written evidence, verifiedby oath, sufficient to satisfy the Board that the applicant has graduated froma course of study approved by the Board and is mentally and physicallycompetent to practice nursing.
