§ 90‑171.41. Baccalaureate in nursing candidate credits.

Every graduate of a diploma or associate degree school of nursing inthis State who has passed the registered nurse examination shall, uponadmission to any State‑supported institution of higher learning offeringbaccalaureate education in nursing, be granted credit for previous experiencein the diploma or associate degree school of nursing on an individual basis bythe utilization of the most effective method of evaluation to the end that theapplicant shall receive optimum credit and that upon graduation the applicantwill have earned the baccalaureate degree in nursing.
