§ 90‑171.72.  NorthCarolina Center for Nursing; State support.

The General Assembly finds that it is imperative that the State protectits investment and progress made in its nursing efforts to date.  The GeneralAssembly further finds that the North Carolina Center for Nursing is theappropriate means to do so.  The Center shall have State budget support for itsoperations so that it may have adequate resources for the tasks the GeneralAssembly has set out in this Article.
