§ 90‑187.1. Examinations.
The Board shall hold at least one examination during each year and mayhold such additional examinations as may appear necessary. The executivedirector shall give public notice of the time and place for each examination atleast 90 days in advance of the date set for the examination. A persondesiring to take an examination shall make application at least 60 days beforethe date of the examination. The Board shall determine the passing score forthe successful completion of an examination.
After each examination the executive director shall notify eachexaminee of the result of the examination. The Board shall issue licenses tothe persons successfully completing the requirements for licensure required bythis Article and by Board rule.
