§ 90‑202.9.  Feesfor certificates and examinations; compensation of Board.

To provide a fund in order to carry out the provisions of this Articlethe Board shall charge not more than one hundred dollars  ($100.00) for eachlicense issued and one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each examination. Fromsuch funds the Board shall pay its members at the rate set out in G.S. 93B‑5:Provided, that at no time shall the expenses exceed the cash balance on hand.
