§ 90‑210.100.  Operation of association inviolation of law prohibited.

No person, firm or corporation shall operate as a burial association inthis State unless incorporated under the laws of the State of North Carolinaand unless such association shall be operated in compliance with all theprovisions of this Article, and unless such association shall be licensed andapproved by the Board of Funeral Service.
