§ 90‑210.28.  Fees.

The Board may set and collectfees, not to exceed the following amounts:

The Board shall provide,without charge, one copy of the current statutes and regulations relating toFuneral Service to every person applying for and paying the appropriate feesfor licensing pursuant to this Article. The Board may charge all othersrequesting copies of the current statutes and regulations, and the licensees orapplicants requesting additional copies, a fee equal to the costs of productionand distribution of the requested documents.
