§ 90‑21.67.  Retentionof jurisdiction by court.

The court shall retainjurisdiction over the action during the pendency of the arbitration proceeding.The court may, at the request of the arbitrator, enter orders necessary toenforce the provisions of this Article. (2007‑541, s. 1.)
