§ 90‑225.  Licenseissue and display.

(a)        The Board shall issue licenses to examinees who pass theBoard's examination.

(b)        The Board shall determine:

(1)        The method and time of notifying successful candidates,

(2)        The time and form for issuing licenses, and

(3)        The place license must be displayed. (1945, c. 639, s. 5; 1971, c. 756, s. 4.)
