§ 90‑24. Quorum;adjourned meetings.
A majority of the members of said Board shall constitute a quorum forthe transaction of business and at any meeting of the Board, if a majority ofthe members are not present at the time and the place appointed for themeeting, those members of the Board present may adjourn from day to day until aquorum is present, and the action of the Board taken at any adjourned meetingthus had shall have the same force and effect as if had upon the day and at thehour of the meeting called and adjourned from day to day.
