§ 90‑243. Registration of places of business, apprentices.

The Board may adopt rules requiring, as a condition of dispensing, theregistration of places of business where ophthalmic dispensing is engaged in,and for registration of apprentices and interns who are working under directsupervision of a licensed optician. The Board may also require that anyinformation furnished to it as required by law or regulation be furnished underoath.
