§ 90‑245. Collection of fees.

The secretary to the Board is hereby authorized and empowered tocollect in the name and on behalf of this Board the fees prescribed by thisArticle and shall turn over to the State Treasurer all funds collected orreceived under this Article, which funds shall be credited to the NorthCarolina State Board of Opticians, and said funds shall be held and expendedunder the supervision of the Director of the Budget of the State of NorthCarolina exclusively for the administration and enforcement of the provisionsof this Article. Nothing in this Article shall be construed to authorize anyexpenditure in excess of the amount available from time to time in the hands ofthe State Treasurer derived from the fees collected under the provisions ofthis Article and received by the State Treasurer in the  manner aforesaid.
