§ 90‑270.10. Annual report.

On June 30 of each year, the Board shall submit a report to theGovernor of the Board's activities since the preceding July 1, including thenames of all licensed psychologists and licensed psychological associates towhom licenses have been granted under this Article, any cases heard anddecisions rendered in matters before the Board, the recommendations of theBoard as to future actions and policies, and a financial report.  Each memberof the Board shall review and sign the report before its submission to theGovernor.  Any Board member shall have the right to record a dissenting view.
