§ 90‑270.55. Examinations.

Each applicant for licensureas a licensed marriage and family therapist shall pass an examination asdetermined by the Board. The Board shall set the passing score forexaminations. Any request by an applicant for reasonable accommodations intaking the examination shall be submitted in writing to the Board and shall besupported by documentation as may be required by the Board in assessing therequest.  (1979,c. 697, s. 1; 1985, c. 223, s. 1; 1993 (Reg.
