§ 90‑270.73.  Issuanceof license.

(a)        The Board shallissue a license to any individual who meets the requirements of this Articleupon payment of the license fee prescribed in G.S. 90‑270.77.

(b)        Any individuallicensed as an occupational therapist under this Article may use the words"occupational therapist" and may use the letters "O.T." or"O.T./L." in connection with his or her name or place of business.

(c)        Any individuallicensed as an occupational therapy assistant under this Article may use the words"occupational therapy assistant" and may use the letters"O.T.A." or "O.T.A./L." in connection with his or her nameor place of business.
