§ 90‑279. Licensing function.

The Board shall license nursing home administrators in accordance withrules and regulations issued and from time to time revised by it.  A nursinghome administrator's license shall not be transferable and shall be valid untilexpiration or until suspended or revoked for violation of this Article or ofthe standards established by the Board pursuant to this Article. Denial ofissuance or renewal, suspension or revocation by the Board shall be subject tothe provisions of Chapter 150B of the General Statutes.
