§ 90‑281. Collection of funds.

All fees and other moneys collected and received by the Board shall behandled as provided by law and as prescribed by the State Treasurer. Such fundsshall be used and expended by the Board to pay the compensation and travelexpenses of members and employees of the Board and other expenses necessary forthe Board to administer and carry out the provisions of this Article.
